I could drive down the street and find 5 different burger brands all charging close to the same price for a cheeseburger ( one is awful, one is okay, one is amazing).

McDonald's will not sell you a cheeseburger for gold.

I've stayed in properties that offer a small selection of drinks or cheeses from local farms but have never seen it scaled to other aspects of the property.I'm wondering if any STR investors out there employ a similar arrangement?

You realize what you're asking is which is better, an airplane, or a cheese pizza?

Now if there burger flipping doing nothing to improve themselves, well duh.

If its implemented in a similar way its a real "nothing-burger".

Also, i would add that The cost of these programs imo i dnt see the big deal only to the effect that in the world how many people drop that kind of money some gurus ask for on college to be a server, working in retail or flipping burgers, stuff you dnt need a 4 year degree for.

Flip burgers, door dash, landscaping, construction, etc.

Yes the layoff is only in tech and financial that pays 200k while we hire massive stadium for burger flipping job lol …. 

I've seen this at Mcdonald's, Burger King, Panda Express and a couple of others.
