I've done multiple BRRRRs myself and tend to find the best opportunities in C, C+, and B- neighborhoods where the inventory of distressed homes is still there. 

City Council/County Commissioners officially make all of the deals PC is just a recommendation body of local residents appointed by CC.

My advice is if you cant easily afford it and you have to put it on a CC.. rethink that.. networking is great but there are all sorts of meetups and REIA clubs that are basically free that have speakers come in and talk on all these subjects. 

I heard they pay $6m-$8m for 3 years of rights to your name and brand.All you need to do is show your pretty face and they look after everything else.Unsuspecting investors are "spruiked" into upping CC limits, setting up SDIRA's and LLC's and then get flogged turnkey crap.There was a big company back in the day doing the same to my fellow Aussies.That's why they all stopped buying.

I am closing on a new build in NW CC this Friday, and need to rent it out for a couple months.

I have sent trades to home depot, pick materials, and HD calls me for a CC number and authorization.

Other then that use excess money to do pay off CC and then do a BRRR/Flip a couple times

We need ID, selfie, and picture of the CC used to pay.

@Ben Johnson Not enough info here, but based on what you wrote, you have $5,000 in monthly cc interest and probably $3,000+ in principal.  

The only times I've heard of a host prevailing with the CC company has been when they require a guest to sign their own rental agreement, where everything is spelled out.
