My advice is if you cant easily afford it and you have to put it on a CC.. rethink that.. networking is great but there are all sorts of meetups and REIA clubs that are basically free that have speakers come in and talk on all these subjects.

I heard they pay $6m-$8m for 3 years of rights to your name and brand.All you need to do is show your pretty face and they look after everything else.Unsuspecting investors are "spruiked" into upping CC limits, setting up SDIRA's and LLC's and then get flogged turnkey crap.There was a big company back in the day doing the same to my fellow Aussies.That's why they all stopped buying.

The only times I've heard of a host prevailing with the CC company has been when they require a guest to sign their own rental agreement, where everything is spelled out.
