That is the situation as it exists in the real world.On the other hand, here in the BP forums, we are routinely inundated with requests to know more from people who are "excited about passive income through real estate" or "finding financial freedom through rentals," or all the other different slogans and catchphrases that all essentially, boil down to one sentiment: "I want to quit my job yet have a secure income coming in as rent."

"Life is not about money" is a great wall art, post card, catch phrase.   

I walk around with many catch phrases to express my points nowadays one of my favorite ones is inspect what you expect.We had a deal where we funded the construction of a sub-division.

.- LS uses a catch phrase "Real Estate is Easy, People are difficult" implying that RE is easy, you just need to be able to deal with various temperaments of various people involved in the sealing of a deal.

Make them simple to read, catch phrases like, We Buy Houses, Fast Cash Offers xxx-xxx-xxxx. 

But people need to understand their choices and not just repeat silly catchphrases.
