Is buying a rental into a living trust a good idea?

I think you just have to work it in as the cost of doing business. 

My mortgage rate is very high  and I would like to pay some of it off, so that my monthly payments would go down a bit, I dont know if it is financial smart to do it or not? any advice on paying mortgage off or faster

Hi friends!  I have a LTR property in the Springs and it's in an LLC.   Do you know if I am able to get a HELOC on the property even though it's under an LLC?  If so, how did you go about finding a lender?

Big lenders like Flagstar that have a servicing component are currently using their servicing business insight to go after refinance business internally.
