Buying a rental into a Revocable Living Trust?

Hello. Is buying a rental into a living trust a good idea? We have our primary In a trust but thinking if it's a good idea to buy the rental in a trust as well. I understand it become tad difficult to refinance since some lenders wouldn't lend on the home in trust, but is it easy to sell a home in a trust, just like you are buying in a trust? Anything else to consider ? Please suggest
