My first thought is that I would invest it, but that's not a very fun answer.A more interesting answer is that I would buy some gear and backpack around the US.

The problem with gold & silver is you create a heavy back pack for yourself to carry around.

After being able to retire last year, I've spent the last 6 months in South America backpacking with my wife and our 3 little kids, ages 1, 3 and 4.

And more new HVAC backpack units than I care to remember.

Bring a backpack sprayer to spray everything wet with bleach as much concentration as possible, dirty water is full of germs.

The thing I enjoy about private lending for me is that it is a business in a backpack.

I plan on purchasing my first rehab and hold property by the time I turn 26 (October 2020) being as though I will be spending about 6 months backpacking South America this Fall and Winter.

You could go even ONE block between a million dollar historic home to a street where there's a bunch of grown men on boys bikes wearing back packs and backwards hats.

Bedbugs hitch a ride on all kinds of stuff, like furniture but even back packs.
