There is a Ventura County REI meeting every 2nd Thursday of the month at Mimi's Cafe in Thousand Oaks from 630pm-830pm.

Hey everyone, wanted to ask anyone in here if they have redone a small bathroom in Aventura FL and who have they used?

We were about to put the house up for rent but a Ventura local reached out to us offering to purchase it.

The construction teams for minor fixing up, (if need be) has tons of experience and work in affluent areas like Aventura , Fort Lauderdale , WPB etc.

I am relatively new to REI but on a consistent path to increasing my education, and have recently relocated to Aventura. 

@Bryan Harmon - You are very fortunate to have inherited a Ventura beach property.

I recently moved to  Aventura, Florida and i wanted to get an advise about flipping properties in Tempa or Orlando area since real estate in my area is so expensive :-( I never did one before and i know that reading about it and listening to podcasts is not the same as actually getting out there and do one live.

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment in Aventura.

I caught the investing bug and purchased a beachfront property currently being built in Puerto Aventuras, and 2 in Tulum over the past year.
