Bathroom remodel in Aventura FLORIDA

Hey everyone, wanted to ask anyone in here if they have redone a small bathroom in Aventura FL and who have they used? Want to get the process started but have gotten a few different bids. Some reasonable and some not. But it’s a small bathroom in a condominium. Association has its protocols to go through to get the work done. But curious to see anyone else’s experiences or recommendations. Thank you to all !
