Inherited beach house

Hi I have a question is I'd like to throw out there. I'm about 1/3 of a beach house inherited to me. I would like to keep it and the other members of family want to sell. Any ideas on how I can buy them out? I'd say home is worth $2,000,000. It is kind of a duplex. Possibly could rent for $4500 a month. Or $2500 a week I make $150 to $200k/year and have $140k saved. With bad credit. Any ideas?
