We could be an anomaly but there are several STRs in my neighborhood and I hear the same from the owners (currently the majority of bookings are coming from Airbnb).

Since theses last few years have been statistical anomalies when it comes to home value surges, I wouldn't count on values growing at the same pace. 

This is nothing close to being some anomaly.

@Robert MendenhallWhat I would recommend is getting data on the historical appreciation over that are over the last 30-40 years and also look at taking out the last five years as that was an anomaly due to intervention.
