Become an LO in the Private/Hard Money space, and pursue both.

I don't know how you look at fraud, but If I am a licensed LO and I know that the client is looking to buy this as a primary, but am advising him to lease it out for a year and hopefully refinance into a primary residence loan, that seems pretty fraudulent to me.

The best in the LO niche is Joe McCall.

Like @danweber who mentioned the insurance being too lo and the accuracy of the rental projections.

It would go for about 3 minutes then flag an error LO FL.

I am currently working with them, not sure if I will continue, as there has been some unfortunate issues with the LO out for a week, then their license in Illinois went through the renewal process.
