I’m interested in real estate for money, not for hugs and accolades.

There have been a number of stories about and accolades given to the area as far as "best places to..." for example in 2019 US News and World Report ranked Fort Myers the best place to retire (US News Story).

They can be a residential Realtor or a commercial one.Parameters are: Millennial age (22-37), good on camera, impressive sales numbers and/or accolades, highly ethical with raving reviews, and an engaging personality.Please message me and names and links.

The school district continues to receive numerous accolades and top honors, which has certainly helped spur much of the growth. 

There is nothing wrong with working with these platforms, as long as people are aware of these real risks, and not deceived by charlatans waxing accolades on their personal blogs!

The accolades just kept coming and my jaw fell further and further as I wondered how deep the crazy went in BiggerPockets.

The people in Callahan, CO at Accolade Homes have a ton of experience putting up homes and the set up costs and calculated into the home.

Ideally passively as an investor, mostly because I don't have the proper accolades myself to actually run one nor operate one (in Hawaii there has to be a licensed RN at the very least). 

My best agent has zero accolades but has a burning desire to be successful and demonstrated it from day 1 and easily beats the average agent closings per year by multiples AND is becoming a dominate force in his chosen submarket.
