I know of many types of farms (not organic) in the area (NW IN) that offer maze rides, pick-yourself-vegetables, they sell small decorations, big inflated jumping things for kids (can't remember what they are called, LOL).

Yes, we have a farm with all kinds of fruit trees and shrubs (apples, pears, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, figs), vegetables, goats, chickens, cows and a couple horses.

There were some tell tale signs on the surface that a trained eye might notice to clue one on the conditions, but the average guy would have though the site was never developed because there were trees and vegetation all over the place.

What I got back from one of the cities is a list of code enforcement complaints from neighbors of problem properties who have made complaints ranging of all sorts of things such as burnt lawns, overgrown vegetation, abandoned cars left on driveways, furniture being left in the front yard, occasional building permit issues.

I didn't mind the city cleaning the sewer at our property until after they caused damage to our vegetable garden and spread contaminated sewer particles on our deck and vegetable pots.
