In my experience, agents aren't always knowledgeable, or able to creatively structure deals beyond transnational real estate.

Hi BP community, My partner and I are real estate/transnational business Attorneys and real estate Brokers.

I'm guessing it needs to be a simultaneous close or I would have to get transnational funding of sorts with the original seller and then turn around and close with my new buyer, but can that be done within a day or so?

I never done hard money or transnational funding.

They do assignments and double closings without the need of transnational funding.Happy Investing Namaste!

South Shore is very transnational right now, but you also have to manage profitably there.

If you are providing transnational funds to someone, would you be classified as a lender and you will have to follow some rules and guidelines?
