Looking for an investor friendly agent in Olympia/Lacey

Hello everyone. I am going to begin wholesaling soon and am looking for investor friendly agents in the area. I am wanting to do some double closings on HUD homes with transnational financing. I am also looking for other wholesalers in the area to connect with. I am currently just driving for dollars, building my team and networking.
