I don't know that my CPA or the guy working at H&R Block at the mall is going to be an expert in spotting photoshop editing.

It’s too easy for a LL to want to get rid of it a tenant and say they are wonderful, photoshop can fix a lot of bad things and people lie. 

And maybe you could photo shop them lighter.

Maybe one of you wizzes can show me in photoshop what it would look like painted.

Browsing through some upstate homes and I came across something really cheap and this caught my eye:https://www.hubzu.com/property/000103207767-239-Steuben-Street-Painted-Post-NY-14870and the last photo (shown above) has some terrible photoshopping skills applied to what could be a gaping hole in the wall.

@John Knappmann nearly any image editing software (Paint, Photoshop, GIMP, etc...) will have the ability to watermark photos for you.

@Justin Kovach - the time stamps within the photo can be easily "photoshopped", and the time and date in the photo file properties can also be easily altered - but it would take quite an effort to insert the daily newspaper into a photo after the fact ...

From photoshopping the grass color to enhancing the blue skies, it happens all the time.

@Nicole HeasleyId either hire a graphic designer or learn some basic photoshop skills.
