Blatant photoshopping on Hudzu Advertisement

Browsing through some upstate homes and I came across something really cheap and this caught my eye:

https://www.hubzu.com/property/000103207767-239-Steuben-Street-Painted-Post-NY-14870

and the last photo (shown above) has some terrible photoshopping skills applied to what could be a gaping hole in the wall. Is this even legal?

I've heard and read negative things about hudzu customer service, but isn't this laws against blatant false advertisement?

Unbelievable.
