I had been looking for something in Central Fl for a while and finally pulled the trigger on my first multi and second purchase overall in Leesburg.  

They paid for my entire mortgage and I travelled abroad :) Today, I own 3 rental properties and looking for a primary residence in Gainesville or Leesburg.
