Hey @Jeff Hogan, you can try the following to find FSBO leads:- expired and withdrawn MLS listings (they may have gotten discouraged or not wanted to pay the broker fee)- FSBO websites- craigslist- zillow "make me move" properties

@Doug Hogan I agree things slow down but you can't stop business just because of weather.  

According to Chris Hogan in his book Everyday Millionaires the #1 way people reached that status was through a plain old 401k fund because you don't think about it just do it maybe increase once in a while.
