Hello from Los angeles

greetings everyone!

I am a 30 year old life long resident of Los Angeles, ca. I would consider myself a jack of all trades when it comes to construction (and master of nothing as the second half of the saying goes). I'm on my second sfr after having great success on my first (bought 250k, sold for 405k) so I guess you would call me a live in flipper (2year turn over to avoid those taxes). If all goes well I will be starting my first real flip with a 3 month timeline this year while I wait for my current, primary residence live in flip to hit 2 years. I have a full time construction related job. I'm looking to become less of a handy man and more of a business man in the years to come!
