That has drum up a couple of leads recently too.

Since posting, we had an inspection done.Property needs new roof and guttering (like yesterday)The air conditioner is drum roll... 31 yrs old.Water heater is 20 years.There are some old wires in the property that need attention.

Start sending out hand-written yellow letters to drum up interest.  

I based my math on 65% occupancy and it still comes out to being far more profitable than traditional renting..This is entirely new to me and will be my first investment property as I will be PCS'ing to Drum in December.

Got a job with a hard money lender looking to generate sales.I can't speak from the lender or broker side but I can speak from the client side.Some good ways to drum up investors to use hard money loans is:1) Real estate investment group meetings.

Agree that it won't help the seller get top dollar but if the motivation is truly to liquidate asap that info will help drum up interest from buyers.You won't hear that story in a hot market like Denver unfortunately!

you have ft drum up there and a lot of small towns with colleges. lots of opportunities if you dont hate living in the cold.
