hey max, i volunteered for a summer at salaam balak orphanage in new delhi..i've always wanted to go back...where would you want to start an orphanage?

We used to do business in India (unrelated to real estate)  Most of the business was in New Delhi & Bangalore setting up technical facilities, which required acquiring/leasing commercial spaces.  

Kids from our high school band mostly, Bill Jones played sax and we called ourselves the Dare Devils (how original for high school kids, LOL).

The only reason a Delhi-based agent would advertise to sell a Delhi property to a US-based investor/crowd is because they believe (correctly) that they can extort a higher selling price (aka a lower investment return) with an ignorant buyer, and that the capital markets in the US will support an overseas investment into Delhi easier (might not be true).

Curious what everyone’s thoughts are on Delhi and Bridgetown?

I remember in New Delhi they has sponges on sticks soaking, between wipes, in a bucket of what smelt like acetic acid. 

Oak Hills, Western Hills, Price Hill, Delhi, etc. are west side.

Personally, I think that the Westside - especially further out areas like Bridgetown/Cheviot, Delhi and still in the good school district of Oak Hills - are really going to appreciate as folks get priced out of the Eastside and downtown/OTR.
