What are your thoughts for 2022 Cincy investing market?

Hi Everyone!

I thought I would make another fun post. What is everyone's thoughts coming into the 2022 year here in Cincinnati? Do you still see extreme value compared to other parts of the nation? Increased/decreased inventory? Areas for newer investors to look into a bit more?

There is no particular way to go about answering this. Looking forward to some of your thoughts for this year!

I'm hoping to get property #3 towards the end of this year. I think Cincinnati still has a ton of opportunity if you know where to look. I feel that now things are starting to sit longer and prices are a bit exaggerated but this was expected to happen eventually. I'm hoping buyers will again attain some sort of leverage over sellers listing 100% increase from original purchase.
