Other towns, like San Clemente have put limitations on STR for those that were permitted before the new regulations.

In San Clemente we did a duplex on a small lot that we bought for $400k, short walking distance to the ocean.

@Paul Clements so what happens if you go the rough all the effort (time, dollars, etc.) to get property ready for buyer and they decide the property doesn’t work or doesn’t pass tests, etc?
