I am interested in Quincy, Braintree, Milton, and Higham.

Property prices are high and still increasing quickly.The south shore, where I live, consists of the area close-ish to the coast, south of Boston beginning at about Braintree and heading south to the Cape Cod Canal - running as far west as about RT 24. 

The condo is located near the Quincy/Braintree line and has access to the T and the highways. 

@Michael Martina My fiance and I are also looking into house hacking in Southie/Quincy/Braintree.

If you go about 8 blocks to the west, there's a dramatic transformation - it becomes indistinguishable from Braintree.  

Looking for any off market deals in the bridgewater/canton/stoughton/braintree/quincy area.

I might look a little further south though, as Quincy - especially Quincy Center - could be the single hottest seller's market in the state.Weymouth, Hanover, Braintree, Pembroke, Hull, Kingston, Plymouth are all good candidates in my opinion.
