New to Massachusetts Looking to Network For Wholesaling/Rehab

I just moved from Memphis,TN to Massachusetts, looking to network with wholesalers, rehabbers, lenders and other investors.  I'm have been investing in Memphis and still do for about 4-5 years.  My strategies there are Wholesaling and rehabbing.  Trying to find the best areas to invest in Mass. And looking to network strategies for finding deals and what people are doing. Goal is to do at least one deal in 30 days, yes I know thats aggressive... Looking for some insight.. All comments and criticism are welcomed :-)
