While I do not believe we have seen the last of the foreclosures, as I recently heard that 60% of multifamily bridge loans nationwide are not paying their mortgage, I am skeptical on whether or not we will see a massive fire sale of multifamily properties.

Does anyone have a recommendation for RMLO services primarily in MN & WI (or ideally nationwide)?

Most of the books I have seen or read are at best a very broad nationwide overview.   

They are attorneys working nationwide specializing in these types of transactions, and the prices are reasonable - much less than most people expect. 

My group is nationwide & international!

Obviously a very complex sale to knock out in one transaction and you should rely on an expert to value and market this portfolio nationwide.

It is a nationwide listing service, if it's a good deal somebody would have bought it.

The number one thing we learned over the years is once you have a market and strategy figured out keep replicating - it's not necessary to be nationwide chasing a few more points of yield - those misadventures were a waste of time and capital.
