For the most part I have found that the cost of labor is about double (or more) of materials.Now when I look at a home, I look at cabinets, exterior, laminate, tile work, and more and then estimate what it will cost to repair and then I plan it on a Gantt chart and estimate costs with a 10% overage + labor.
