Considerations for Buying Raw Land
All,
Preparing to buy a bit of raw land for recreational use. Though i've seen the previous posts on related discussions, wanted to be a little more precise. Specifically, i wanted to get everyone's take on if i should have the land surveyed before purchase. Is this really required now that boundaries are clearly drawn in local government's databases? Also, should i buy liability insurance for raw land? Any other considerations besides the standard process of dealing with a lender, title company, etc?
Thanks in advance.
