Too many licenses will disturb the local system, that is mainly how they think.I agree with @Mike Lambert that Spain in general is a year round option for tourists because outside of summer (which honestly sometimes becomes a bit too hot) the sun shines even in winter times with very comfortable temperatures.

Other locals mentioned that Azek is more susceptible to cracking because PVC expands and contracts more with temperature swings and it is more expensive than Trex.

Since the sunroom will presumably get a lot of foot traffic from the outdoors, it might be helpful to have carpet tiles so that a section can easily be replaced if it gets dirty.
