I am academically successful and have a great job.

Oh, and did I mention that although I have texts of them claiming they paid all utilities, I managed to get an email from the utility company that the utilities have not been in anyone else's name for that address and account since the last vacancy date....I have all of the emails and texts, even screenshots that prove I sent them to voice mail when they called, so I can document.

My county requires public hearings so neighbors can voice their concerns and the whole process can take up to 6 months.Ditto to what @Joe Loschiavo said. 

She might have to call, and it went to one of them of the wall Google voice deals where they say I will try to locate the subject somewhere in the world.

Basically, on my mailers, I have a website and a or a local number (google voice) they can call.

But yeah there is this voice of ambition that says, hey, you could probably venture a little higher.

I have yet to attend a meeting so I am unable to give voice to the quality, but the networking alone would be worth the fee.
