Obviously a free software would be great but I also don't mind paying a small fee if the software is solid.Looking for a software that will automate late payments, send reminders, and transfer funds into my account quickly.

I don't have any contacts in Palm Springs but just wanted to say we manage an STR from about 3.5 hours away and have almost everything automated.

However, no one system is going to automate deal finding and buying to a few clicks as many investors are wanting.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an online service (preferably free) to help automate some of the communication with prospective tenants? 

The crm system was fine, easy to use and good automation.
