Best software for online rent collection?

Hi BP members,

I'm looking for a no-frills rental software that is reliable and straightforward. Obviously a free software would be great but I also don't mind paying a small fee if the software is solid.

Looking for a software that will automate late payments, send reminders, and transfer funds into my account quickly. If anyone has any feedback, please let me know!

Thanks

Hands down I recommend Innago.  It's free and can do everything from rent collection, track expenses, field maintenance requests, field new applicants, etc.  It's super user friendly and comes with an App that's just as user friendly.  I just switched to it for our rentals and it's been great so far.  We also made the decision after lots and lots of research into which software to pick. Here's the blog we used to start our decision process - https://www.biggerpockets.com/...

Hope this helps!
