Columbus - few data points, Facebook is opening a data center in New Albany, Amazon opened warehouse near columbus and planning another one in the surroundings.

Bayview area has lots of these warehouses selling completely finished imported products that are perfect for rentals. 

Definitely would recommend Lakeland- there's a lot of good renters there with the Amazon warehouse, GEICO, and other big corporations like that in the area who pay their employees well enough to afford a decent rent.

About once a month I get a phone call that the heat isn't working correctly, not reaching the desired temperature.  

.- Set thermostat back to certain set temperature- Lock house and return the key to the lockbox (if needed)Any more than that and I think you quickly run into the "Well why am I paying for housekeeping services then?"

- If you are sharing Heat/Air with your tenant, how do you handle temperature adjustments?  

hello, I had a job as a warehouse associate and was hoping to meet the FHA 2 year job requirement here but was laid off after 1 year.

I actually drove 18 wheelers for 4 years and worked in warehouses before that.
