The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

I'm sure you could paint the picture for a property being your primary even if you have a 5th Wheel, but I always lean towards integrity. :)

Bill Penn with Integrity is also good although maybe not as familiar with commercial style buildings.

I have worked with a couple in the past but have been less than satisfied with the workmanship and the integrity with which they do business.

Also, be careful making someone whom you do not have a long term commitment to an integral part of your business.

Treat them with honesty and integrity and you'll sleep well!

@Christie GahanI agree agents should provide guidance and act with integrity.

Even if they have integrity, they can't help but be biased by their financial stake in the deal.

Followup in a couple weeks and ask for the financials again, and keep following up over time.Let him  know your interested but you don't do business like that and you work with people that have integrity and walk away.
