Do your tenants know you own the property?

I've been hearing about 50/50 on letting your tenants know you own the property versus saying you just manage it. Seems like it comes down to not wanting to be the "bad guy". What do you do, and why?

Hi @Kelly Conrad. I'm curious: What are the arguments you've heard in favor of letting tenants know? Honestly, I've never heard a single rationale that didn't fit neatly into the categories of either "brazen vanity" or "raging ego."
