I’m still looking into solar panels for the primary house.I am not able to find many specific ideas online besides the two mentioned above .

Does anyone have any experience with prefabrication at this scale (either wall panelization or full prefab modules)?

Design again:- is there a way that the font size can be consistent from one slider panel to the next?

Our homes include Energy Star Ratings, Energy Star Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite, Hardwoods, Basic W/W Carpet, Marble Vanity Tops, Full Tiled Shower Stalls or Tubs, Moen Faucets, Level 4 Finish on the Drywall, 1 Color Paint, Standard 3.25 Trim, 2 Panel Doors, Bronze Hardware, Manuel Garage Doors, Architectual Shingled Roof w/ Vinyl Siding and Stone Knee Wall, Comfort Maker HVAC System and Bradford White Water Heaters with Pex Manifolds, 1 Standard Sump Pump.Note: Keep in mind we are building 2,500+ sqft homes.

RE: invest 1million.  100k rainy day fund in interest bearing account 150k small town rural acreage compatible to lease out to solar panel companies (may cost a little extra to pay off politicians to cut the red tape-energy monopoly:)250k in oppty zone developments in small towns focused on healthcare clinics in urban/rural areas where hospitals have consolidated. 400k to buy about 5-8 low cost cash flow properties with tenants in small cities near larger metropolitan areas where large employers have operations/facilities in areas like Birmingham, AL or  just north of Richmond,VA.  100k rainy day interest bearing account for when the financial markets tumble and/or the Federal infrastructure dollars start rolling, then seed monies for subcontractors making bids. 

I'd use slats as mentioned above or maybe the artificial greenery panels that can be attached to a fence for privacy. 

You can install a "whole house" surge protector in your service panel.

As with all leading property portals,the name of the game is "traffic" in order gain sales.They may give you exposure,but just like amazon product pages,you'll not differ from your competitors,if you just pay the insertion fee,sit back and wait.Your insertion is no more that a web page,as such,web pages require seo/smm in order to gain traffic /sales.

Also, that far out the times may change and quartz might be found to cause cancer for all we know or 1980s wall paneling might come back in vogue.I would suggest to go with things that will stand up for a good amount of time (the quartz) and such.

Do you know if this tests that the panel is grounded?
