I have worked with a couple in the past but have been less than satisfied with the workmanship and the integrity with which they do business.

Also, be careful making someone whom you do not have a long term commitment to an integral part of your business.

Treat them with honesty and integrity and you'll sleep well!

Even if they have integrity, they can't help but be biased by their financial stake in the deal.

Followup in a couple weeks and ask for the financials again, and keep following up over time.Let him  know your interested but you don't do business like that and you work with people that have integrity and walk away.

Some people in this business actually DO operate with integrity, minimize risk and help people out.
