My wife and I try and run a quality property, because THAT IMO is what gets quality tenants.I woudlnt want tenants hiding small repairs or trying to do repairs they didnt know how to do.  

Sometimes a hide button pops up but it isn't.

I'm not in the courier service business. 

Oftentimes, payment in advance is an offer from people who have horrible credit, are hiding assets somehow, or have other significant issues.

You don't really think you can hide your address from someone who wants to know, do you?

They also recommend the 3 foot/6 foot rule.... keep shrubs no higher than 3 feet and trim branches off trees from the ground up to six feet, so they are harder to hide behind.

There's sweet hiding in the bitter.

But these days it's tougher to hide from someone who wants to find you.
