Those of you that still go door to door to collect rent, why? I hear of lots of people doing this and just don't get it. Why spend the time? They can mail it, pay online, direct deposit... Just curious to hear some of the reasoning and see it from a different perspective.

Has your mortgage co ever came knocking on your door for payment?  I'm not in the courier service business.  We treat tenants like adults and have never had an issue with collecting.
