In my experience 4 bed vouchers are in ultra high demand as Section 8 tenants have a tendency to be baby factories. 

The baby boomer demographics is growing by 10,000 per day.

Have to take baby steps in order to get the ball rolling. 

He thinks evictions are the "billion dollar baby"..........Like we all sit around hoping the rent doesn't come in or something lol.

One of the main points of their trip was for her to get away and get some rest before the baby came.  

Some , such as Denver appear to be in a bubble where the prices of homes are rising way faster than the price of rent (12% vs 8%) indicating speculation on home prices.I love speculation, once I am already invested :)  So a lot of these cities were ruled out.Oklahoma City made a few lists, one in particular that intrigued me was as a great place for baby boomers to live a working retirement.  

I have a beautiful wife and newborn baby girl that I would give the world to.

Imagine how much cash-flow those babies would be pumping out then.  

Feel I have backed myself into a more than full time job and in my baby rural town feel this might be the only way to keep this profitable.

Bread winner is my Beacon hill SFH and my first baby purchased in 2020: I saw this and was immediately drawn to it because it has a fully loaded basement that I rented to offset my mortgage.
