Your voice is heard and many (including myself) can relate.

However, the general erosion of property rights over the years has led to the perception - widely shared by academics, government officials and large portions of the public - that a leasehold grants greater rights to the tenant - rights that start to resemble outright ownership.  

Since we are three pages into this, it's going to take someone with commitment to read this deep, so I feel comfortable in voicing two of them.1.

Academic experience is great but there is nothing like getting out there and doing it.
