Hello, Im looking to start my first direct mail campaign and Im wonder what should I include in my letter? I've never done any marketing of this sort before just looking for some directions. Thank you in advance 

I suggest you see an attorney to provide a contract with blanks for dates and that you not write anything at all, just fill in the blanks. :)

You can find blank ones on the state website: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/dora/division-rea...A realtor cannot fill these out for you.

Or you can take blanks and have the key cut random.

You may want to check out the Ohio Attorney General’s website as well.As far as the blank purchase and sale, and assignment documents that you offered to me to review, I believe that they fall well short of containing the required state and federal disclosures and could potentially expose you to unwanted and unnecessary liability.
