Also having their license suspended for student loan delinquencies, back child support, IRS tax levy demands to their principal broker on the agents portion of their commission checks etc.Lot's of drama that a head broker doesn't need.

Having a GC is awesome but with one important consideration : They should be good ( I am not defining "good" here because - as long as its reasonable , every one has their own definition of good , for me honesty is the most important thing , for some one else they are better equipped to handle some drama but the price has to be low enough  )Now I wont say its impossible - but its pretty darn tough to find a good GC  .

I am sure that the guy cleaning toilets for minimum wage would love to say its not worth it so he won't clean the toilets unless his employer offers him a better wage, but the harsh reality is that this is your job and sometimes you have to do things you don't want to do.

To try a less harsh approach just pull up to the property in your truck and send them a message on the app that says "it's time to go we're here to clean" this always works for us.
