For even more evidence of this mass migration, just look at all the recent headlines about rents in the Bay Area plateauing or even falling in some areas.

Speaking to people is not evidence, and your opinion that you are looking at the big picture while the rest of us play with our potatoes is demeaning.

I have asked several agents in my area and they don't think it would work but they can't give me any hard evidence, for or against the idea.
