Keeps the thieves from peeking in too!

I just saw this thread on a similar discussion and wanted to share that foreign scam operators are posting identical ads and directing the callers to them where they do a collect credit cards for background checks and deposits.

I have two identical rentals - one I replaced the whole kitchen on, and another that the former owners had refaced.

Copper thieves would love a website that listed vacant properties.  

As a precaution, he offered me (and likely all his customers) 1-year pre-paid Equifax Gold Identity Protection.  

The numbers between property 1 and my duplex are pretty much identical except your purchase price is better than mine was.

Is it just their identity, or is it also their investment area, that your newly-rich-confidant wants to keep secret?

The animal must be singularly identities and be identifiable.My point is one doesn’t have to just roll over and play dead if someone hands you this stunt while occupying your property.
