Our government entities depend on those tax revenues to run their operations...to pay police, fire, teachers, road repairs, and so much more.

I assume the tenant was aware of the pending arrest and took the consideration to take the kids across the street to a friends place just before the police arrived for the arrest.You will never be short on entertainment or surprises in this Real Estate Biz

I remember mine was early 1993 - the reason I know is there was a man killed by police named Malice Green, I bought my first house on the West side... at the end of the street was the mural they painted in remembrance. 

(you could also ask the Police Department to focus more patrols in these areas too).This way it seems like it would be more likely to attract investors and (safe) people to live there because they could lower their risk by concentrating in smaller areas at once vs just Flint.Carpenter to Hemphill, Clio Rd to Center Rd, it's not that big of a place, and you wouldn't need to number the whole area, just certain focus segments clustered around gentrifying business areas (because you are not going to replace the entire problem population--only butt up against them). 

We have resources to answer inquiries, local people to do in person check in and more, dedicated cleaners, off duty police officers to handle noise complaints, and am hiring offshore resources to better monitor noise meters and cameras.

My wife called the police in Tacoma and she has police report. 

You may be in love with them now but when you scale you will find that when the police are called to check out a guest.  

If its over the limit the neighbor calls the police or asks the noisemakers to tone it down a little.
