Once we have a group of 5, 10 or 15 serious people, we'll start doing home work, picking up the phone and calling brokers, we'll drive to the properties together and have face to face meetings or conference calls at night. 

., Meetup at the local pub or restaurant may be too noisy for Skype, but it works well in a conference room with WiFi).

Additionally, include whether any shared spaces, such as conference rooms and parking lots, will be accessible to the person securing the lease.

I was at a conference this past week talking to a a few MF syndicators and discussing various aspects of the business and I wanted to pass this question along to the community.

I just wanted to congratulate you on taking the leadership role in getting the folks in Katy together, there is a lot to be said for someone willing to take on this task!

Some are all new investors, some mostly experienced, some are simply a vehicle for making money for the leadership. 

Another asset I have under my belt is former military leadership experience.
