Tax Sales in the Bay Area

Hi,

I just attended http://www.sfbaysummit.com/ and heard about doing tax sales deals from David Krulac at a conference here in the Bay Area. I'd love to talk with someone has experience with tax sales here in the Bay Area. Does anybody know anyone?

Best,

Desmond

@Chris Mason the cost relative to the possible price was not impressive? Or just the properties up for auction were not? I'm sure not everything is beautiful.

I'm still going through Santa Clara's past auctions: https://www.sccgov.org/sites/tax/Pages/Public-Auction-of-Tax-Defaulted-Properties.aspx
