I take the info with a grain of salt, but sometimes their analysis makes sense and you can validate it and helps you have further enlightment on mistakes that could be made out there if you do decide to do it yourself which I mentioned I often do).

This will also soon be corrected.)...On the other hand, her heart is in the right place and she cares about the unit and the building as though it were her home (she regularly paints & spackles, leaves helpful signs for the other tenants, shovels & salts the main walkway after a snowfall, etc...So you're correct in observing that She's a complicated case to say the least...

At move in, all of my tenants receive a new sink and toilet plunger, snow shovels (usually still there from the last tenant), a sealing bucket from Home Depot that is full of snow salt (they get one free bag from me each year), and each stove has an oven liner to help keep the oven cleaner.
